1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all products and services offered by 199bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at https://199bd.vip and any associated subdomains or mobile browser interfaces. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the 199bd platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. 199bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 199bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 199bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 199bd strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21, and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name and active Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from 199bd or any other gambling platform as part of a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.
• You must hold only one active 199bd account. If 199bd discovers that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be confiscated without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you register an account on 199bd, you create a single, personal account identified by your Bangladeshi mobile number. The following obligations apply to your account at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 199bd will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• You must notify 199bd customer support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if you suspect that your password has been compromised.
• 199bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that violates these Terms.
• 199bd may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of periodic compliance reviews. You must cooperate fully with any such request.

199bd uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you remain responsible for the security of the device and browser from which you access your 199bd account. We recommend that you do not access your 199bd account from shared, public or unsecured devices, and that you log out manually at the end of each session on any shared device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

199bd supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladeshi mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, and via selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, but 199bd reserves the right to set minimum withdrawal thresholds at its discretion and will communicate any such thresholds clearly in the cashier section of the platform.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 199bd does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the account holder's name may be returned or result in account suspension pending verification.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 199bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used — before releasing any withdrawal.
• The target processing time for approved withdrawals is within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. During peak periods (such as high-volume sporting events), processing may take up to 60 minutes. 199bd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network congestion.
• 199bd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. 199bd has no control over and is not responsible for fees levied by payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

199bd offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have made a qualifying deposit, unless the promotion is explicitly described as a no-deposit bonus. Bonus eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of 199bd.
• 199bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has already been credited to an account, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from wagering with that bonus amount will be removed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software or techniques to exploit bonus terms, or systematically wagering in a manner designed to minimise risk while satisfying rollover conditions — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins, where offered, are subject to their own specific terms regarding the eligible games, the value per free spin, and the wagering requirement applicable to any free spin winnings. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not real money, until the applicable rollover has been completed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 199bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game or bonus mechanics in a manner not available to a standard human player operating without such aids.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider-information betting in connection with any sporting event or casino game offered on 199bd.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime in connection with the use of the 199bd platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm or security feature used in the operation of the 199bd platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information to 199bd at any time, including during account registration, KYC verification, or in connection with any complaint, dispute or support request.

199bd treats all violations of this section seriously. Where 199bd determines that a violation has occurred, it will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits, and 199bd reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where the prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence or causes quantifiable financial harm to the platform or its other users.

7. Responsible Gaming

199bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 199bd platform for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the 199bd platform without prior written consent from 199bd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 199bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial loss, even if 199bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

199bd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service disruptions or any other cause beyond 199bd's reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. During any period of platform unavailability, no bets may be placed and no liability will attach to 199bd for inability to access the platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

199bd reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 199bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active players via a platform notification or by email to the address associated with the player's account. Your continued use of the 199bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 199bd customer support.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 199bd platform should be referred in the first instance to the 199bd customer support team via live chat. 199bd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
